Heliotope offers architectural services across private houses, multi-residential, commercial, educational, cultural and public spaces. We offer interior design and landscape design services as well as masterplanning, brief development and design strategy.

We have over 20 years delivering projects, through sketch/concept design, design development, drafting & documentation, and contract administration phases. We are also highly experienced in town planning applications and stakeholder consultation processes.

We have ISO standard QA systems in place, and are Living Building Challenge certified. We work with our clients and partners to understand a shared set of values for a project and then work to maximise the value delivered , whether this be financial, cultural, environmental or social; or a nuanced combination of all.

Our current capacity allows us to comfortably work on projects up to $10M AUD, and we hold studios in Victoria and Tasmania but are willing to work regionally anywhere in the country (and have a long history of doing so).
