Established in 2011, our Founder & CEO Dennis is a qualified, experienced and meticulous builder, with 28 years experience in Canberra’s building industry. Dennis and his wife Aldona are our dynamic duo.  Aldona’s energy comes from people.  She loves a creative challenge, building and styling new homes, and inspiring our team to live a balanced, happy and fun life.  Together they lead our Element team with passion and determination, inspiring an enviable team culture, fine-tuned building methodology and best practice business processes and practices.

Founded on strong family values, our Element team pride ourselves on our integrity, accountability, collaboration, and excellence. We ensure consistent quality, reliable support, professional service, and peace of mind for our clients. 

We design and build flexible spaces for modern families. Our scope of services includes knockdown rebuilds, custom designs, our designs and house & land packages in Canberra and the surrounding regions of NSW.  For decades we’ve been entrusted to deliver building projects ranging in design style, size and scope. We focus on energy efficiency, functionality, style and comfort to suit our client’s unique lifestyles.
